It really is that easy but so many brides and grooms don’t do this. Ceremony start times typically fall mid afternoon and are usually not ideal for eating. I have seen far too brides hit the deck at the alter because they skipped snacking on something light, or didn’t drink enough water.
On YouTube you find wedding blooper reels where brides and grooms are passing out. It might be somewhat comical, but in real life it is a terrifying thing to watch. In that moment the wedding is secondary and the care for the individual comes first.
Having your loved ones panic while you hit the ground is never a good thing. Especially when it can be avoided.
So remember to keep those snacks nearby and stay hydrated!
